2013 Joey Logano Fan Club Membership
Thanks for your interest in joining the new Joey Logano Fan Club. Joey’s fans are some of the most passionate in the sport. This year, we are offering family memberships when you sign up for your membership. This is the ultimate way to show your support of Joey and let all of your friends and family know who your favorite driver is.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You have two options in signing up for Joey’s Fan Club. You can do it the traditional way: fill out this form and send it in to us with your membership fees in the form of a personal check or money order (made payable to the “Joey Logano Fan Club”). Or you can do it electronically: visit www.joeyloganofanclub.com or www.slicedbreadstore.com and click on the Fan Club. Follow the simple online steps, pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or Paypal account.
WHAT DO I GET?
Membership include an exclusive hat, exclusive decal, membership card, autographed hero card, newsletter and other special gifts (as available). The membership will also entitle members to a discount on items purchased on both the Joey Logano Online Store and the Penske Racing Online Store. (You will receive special codes on your membership card to use as discounts on both online stores).
BACK FOR 2013!!! 3 FREE ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS:
With your paid membership, you can also register three additional family members for free. Each family member will receive their very own personalized membership card, giving them access to online discounts at both the Joey Logano Online Store, as well as the Penske Racing Online Store. Additional hats can be purchased for family members for $15.00 each at the time of joining. Please just indicate if you would like to purchase additional hats when filling out the form.
HOW MUCH IS THE FAN CLUB?
A Joey Logano Fan Club membership costs $35. Shipping is FREE. (Please note: North Carolina residents must add 7.75% sales tax).
WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP RUN OUT?
All 2013 Joey Logano Fan Club memberships will expire on December 31st, 2013.
HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?
Fan Club membership renewal forms will be sent out starting December 1st, 2013. At that time, announcements regarding the 2014 Joey Logano Fan Club Membership and its perks will be announced, along with any price changes.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
1. If you would like to sign up electronically, please visit www.slicedbreadstore.com and click on the "Fan Club" link on the left hand side (direct link here). Add a Fan Club Membership to your shopping cart. Be sure to fill out all the information properly.
2. Download and fill out the following form. Send the completed form, along with a check or money order to the address provided and your Fan Club package will be sent out when received and processed. Please remember to COMPLETELY fill out your form and add any tax (for NC residents) or additional charges (for larger sized shirts) mailing your payment.
PLEASE NOTE: 2013 Fan Club Packages will be mailed out around the time of the 2013 Daytona 500.
